• 0.25 liter ¼ milk

Instructions

1. Knead the ingredients for the dough into a crumbly mass, distribute on a deep baking sheet and press down a little with your hand.
2. For the topping, mix all the ingredients except for the mandarins and pour onto the dough, then spread the mandarins on top. Either neatly lined up or just like that.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (convection around 180 degrees) for 30-40 minutes.
