Preheat the electric oven to 175 degrees. Separate eggs. Mix the margarine, 200 g sugar and egg yolks until frothy. Stir in the quark, semolina, vanilla sauce powder and salt. Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until frothy and fold into the mixture.
Line the bottom of a springform pan with baking paper, grease the edge. Pour in the batter. Bake the cake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 70 minutes.
