Instructions

  1. Finely slice 100 - 150 g red cabbage, cut the potatoes into fine julienne strips. Halve the onion and cut into fine half rings.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the onions. Pour in the potatoes and fry them. Add the red cabbage and season with salt.
  3. Turn it over and over to make it crispy. In between, sprinkle with pepper and caraway seeds.
