- Finely slice 100 - 150 g red cabbage, cut the potatoes into fine julienne strips. Halve the onion and cut into fine half rings.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the onions. Pour in the potatoes and fry them. Add the red cabbage and season with salt.
- Turn it over and over to make it crispy. In between, sprinkle with pepper and caraway seeds.
