Melt the cheese and butter quickly in the microwave. Put the mixture in a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, eggs, milk and finely chopped parsley and knead a dough. Roast pine nuts dry, chop and work into the dough. Pour the dough into a suitable silicone mold.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °, then for 10 minutes at 210 °. Remove lukewarm from the mold. Makes 24 cakes 4 cm high.
