Instructions

  1. Mix the Grand Marnier and the peach liqueur together with the ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain through the strainer into the chilled champagne flute. Top up with champagne, stir gently and pour the Curaçao Blue over it.
  2. Place the carom slice on the edge of the glass and attach the blackberry to the fruit slice with a sticker.
