- Whip the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until thick and frothy - at least 10-15 minutes!
- Then slowly pour in the liquid whipped cream while continuing to beat.
- Mix the flour, nuts and baking powder together and add together with the sour cream. Fold in carefully.
- Grease a baking sheet (drip pan), place the dough on it and smooth it out.
- Then distribute the blueberries evenly on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Once cooled, dust with a little icing sugar and serve with whipped cream if necessary.
