Instructions

  1. Wash, sort and drain the blueberries.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, 250 g butter, 180 g sugar, salt and an egg in a bowl with the dough hook of the mixer. Pour 2/3 of the dough into a 28 cm springform pan lined with baking paper and press evenly on the bottom and edge with your fingers.
  3. Mix the remaining butter and sugar with the vanilla sugar, lemon zest, eggs, quark and custard powder with the mixer. Put the quark mixture on the prepared shortcrust pastry base. Spread the blueberries on the quark and pluck the remaining crumble dough over it with your fingers.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat or 160 ° C convection for about 1 hour. If desired, dust the finished cake with powdered sugar.
