Break 5 amarettini into pieces per serving, place in large dessert bowls and drizzle with amaretto (if you want, you can replace part or all of the amaretto with compote juice). Mash the blueberry compote a little in a bowl and mix with curd cheese, mascarpone, 6 tablespoon blueberry juice (from the compote glass) and vanilla sugar. Season the mixture with sugar or sweetener.
Mix the pieces of amarettini a little and spread the cream on top. Place 1 biscuit on each and sprinkle some blueberry compote and blueberry juice over them.
If you want the biscuits a little crispier, serve the dessert right away, otherwise let it steep in the fridge.
