Instructions

  1. Peel the mango, remove the core and puree. Mix with yogurt and powdered sugar and fold in the whipped cream.
  2. Fold about 2/3 of the blueberries into the fool, divide the cream between 4 glasses and sprinkle with the remaining blueberries.
