Mix the flour, eggs, salt and water into a dough and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Then add the berries.
In a pan, let the butter lightly brown, pour in half of the mixture, turn with a baking shovel after about 6 minutes and pick it up lightly, when everything is nice and brown, serve on the plate and with sugar, then bake the other half.
Tip:
you can also put small cams in the pan with a tablespoon and bake them until golden brown, turning them frequently.
