- Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest until frothy. Gradually add the egg yolks, cream and creme fraiche.
- Mix the almonds, flour and baking powder and stir in well.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat.
- Sort the blueberries, rinse and drain well. Let the frozen blueberries thaw briefly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough evenly on it. Scatter the berries on top.
- Bake the cake until golden brown for about 25 to 30 minutes.
- Take out of the oven and let cool down. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
- Also for breakfast or slightly warmed up as a dessert.
