Mash one of the bananas in the pot and heat it with the plant drink over medium heat. Add oatmeal and sweeten with maple syrup. After the porridge has thickened, add blueberries to taste and serve.
As a topping, sprinkle more blueberries on the porridge and the finely chopped banana.
Then heat the peanut butter in the microwave until it is liquid and pour over the frozen berries.
With a few almonds or other nuts on top, the porridge tastes particularly delicious.
