Instructions

  1. Bring the vanilla pudding to the boil with the milk according to the instructions on the packet and then let it cool down. Whisk the eggs and stir into the vanilla pudding. Also add the quark and stir in. Optionally, a pudding, which has to be mixed cold, can also be used. If you like it a little sweeter, you can also add 1 packet of vanilla sugar.
  2. Grease a 12-inch muffin tin with butter or margarine. Cut the puff pastry into 12 pieces and place in the molds. Pour the vanilla cream evenly into the molds and place the blueberries on top.
  3. Bake the tartlets for about 20-25 minutes on the middle rack in a preheated oven at 200 ° C and then leave to cool.
  4. Optionally, the tartlets also taste great with currants or apples. Cut the apple into slices and sauté with a little butter, cinnamon and sugar.
