I am sharing with you an original but simple blueberry smoothie with banana and coconut milk recipe! It turns out a very tasty dessert and, most importantly, very healthy! Refreshes and saturates with vitamins!
Let’s prepare the ingredients. Wash blueberries and give time to dry a little. Peel the orange from the zest and white films.
First, mash the blueberries in a blender. If you want a softer smoothie, drain the pomace and return the juice to the blender. Now add the banana, orange and milk. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, add a little ice.
Ice can be added and less – as you like. Pour into glasses, decorate with fresh berries and serve!
