  1. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Mix the buttermilk, cream, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla sugar with the almonds in a bowl. Squeeze out the gelatine, dissolve it over a mild heat and stir into the cream mixture using a whisk. Let solidify in the refrigerator.
