Instructions

1. Halve the baguette rolls lengthways, sprinkle them lightly with water and bake according to the instructions on the packet.
2. The cut surface, which has now become slightly crispy, is rubbed with the cut surface of a halved clove of garlic, then with the cut surface of a halved tomato. Drizzle with good olive oil. Top with Serrano ham, enjoy lukewarm.
