The special thing about my style is that I first sear the sausages or the grill so that they also have nice roasted aromas in the coat. So fry the sausages.
For the pancakes, mix all the ingredients together to form a creamy batter and bake 4 pancakes in portions in a pan with oil or butter.
Now brush the pancakes with the paste you have chosen (I photographed that with mustard). Roll up a fried sausage well, bread it carefully. Now fry in oil or butter until golden.
The nice thing about it is that you can also cut it cold and offer it as finger food or, if there are sausages left over, you can still eat it the next day.
