Instructions
- Knead the flour, eggs, yeast and milk into a dough. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Dice the onion and bread roll, toast in the butter. Knead into the dough with the parsley and salt.
- Form a roll approx. 7 cm thick. Put in boiling, lightly salted water. Let simmer for 15 minutes on each side.
- Serve:
- Cut into 2 cm thick slices. Tastes good with all meat dishes rich in sauces, but also with mushroom sauces.
