The products in combination that this recipe offers can be served not only in the form of sandwiches, but also as a salad. Sprinkle with chopped onions or add avocado or orange wedges. And if the fruity version of the salad isn’t for you, you can add asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Boiled crayfish tails can be replaced with shrimp. Try it!
Peel the boiled crayfish tails (or shrimp) gently and divide into 4 servings.
Combine ½ cup mayonnaise, juice of 1 lime, a handful of chopped fresh herbs (cilantro, basil, and chives), 1 chopped anchovy fillet, a pinch of sugar, and freshly ground black pepper; stir until combined.
Cut each roll horizontally in half, keeping the halves attached on one side.
Open each roll and brush the insides with the spicy mayonnaise.
Place lettuce on each roll, then add crayfish tails and peach wedges, and top with the spicy mayonnaise.
