Beat the egg whites into snow and gradually add the egg yolks. Mix in all other ingredients until you have a homogeneous dough. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C in a greased and floured form for about 45 minutes.
Then let it cool down and sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like.
This recipe is typical in Brazil and a must at every party there, just like brigadeiros.
Note: I always use a beaker with a volume of 250 ml for measuring.
