Instructions

  1. The recipe is for babies around 10 months old. The size of the pieces depends on the baby. Can be frozen in advance.
  2. Cut the meat into 0.5 cm pieces, removing everything not tender, at least 150 g should come out.
  3. Wash the carrots and bell peppers and also chop them into 0.5-sized pieces, cut half the onion into small cubes.
  4. Heat oil in a pot. Steam the onion, carrot and bell pepper while stirring until translucent. Add the beef and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the tomatoes, salt and sugar, stir well. Put the lid on and let it simmer over medium heat. When the sauce is slightly creamy, the meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked through (takes about 15-20 minutes), add the herbs and sour cream.
  6. In the meantime, cook 100 g small noodles or soup noodles, not in salted water.
  7. 1/3 of the finished sauce, remove and puree. Then add the sauce again and stir well. This makes the sauce nice and creamy, just like babies like it.
  8. When the pasta and sauce are ready, mix together and season to taste.
  9. At best you now have 800 g. So if the baby eats 200 g per meal, you have 4 servings.
  10. A little oil can be added before consumption, about 1/2 teaspoon.
  11. Serve with a cup of fruit spritzer.
