Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in the saucepan and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry for about 10 minutes. Now add the tomatoes. Then add tomato and curry ketchup and cook for another 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, pluck the basil leaves and roughly chop them. Add the Italian herbs to the meat and cook briefly. Now add the peas and briefly heat them in the brew. Now add the roughly chopped basil. Divide the minced meat mixture into 2 muffin tins for 12 muffins each and freeze in the freezer for approx. 2.5 - 3 hours.
  3. Allow the pizza dough to defrost approx. 15 minutes before further processing the minced meat mixture. Roll out and cut into 6 even rectangles per dough (12 in total with 2 doughs).
  4. Now take the frozen minced meat sauce out of the freezer. Take the minced meat sauce out of the molds and put 2 parts together to make a ball. Continue with the rest until a total of 12 minced meat balls are formed. Then coat these balls with the 12 pieces of pizza dough.
  5. In the meantime, heat the frying fat in a saucepan or deep fryer. Quickly bread the dough balls with egg and breadcrumbs before the sauce thaws and melts. Fry the balls of dough in hot fat for about 15 minutes, remove and drain on paper towels.
