Mix the minced meat with the gyros seasoning, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Heat a saucepan with olive oil, fry the onions, garlic and bacon in it. Add the minced meat and fry. Stir in the tomato paste, deglaze with the beef stock. Add the strained tomatoes with sugar. Add the soup greens and paprika and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Thicken the Bolognese to taste, add oregano and parsley and season with hot paprika powder. Let it steep for 5 minutes and then serve with the cooked rice.
