Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until it is hot and crumbly.
  2. Add onion cubes, garlic and carrot and continue frying.
  3. Stir in tomato paste and deglaze with vegetable stock and tomato sauce. Season well and add herbs. Simmer with the lid closed for 15 minutes.
