First peel the carrots, onions and garlic. Clean the peppers. Dice peppers, carrots, onions and garlic (do not press!).
Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Sauté the onion cubes and the garlic and gradually add the minced meat. Now add salt, pepper and paprika powder to the minced meat and fry everything together.
After the minced meat is seared through and through, add the vegetables, carefully fold them in and let them simmer in the pot for about 10 minutes. Then add the tomato paste, the pureed and diced tomatoes and the vegetable stock.
Now you can season it all again with salt, pepper, paprika powder and the herbs. Let the whole thing boil for 30-45 minutes. Season to taste again before serving and, if necessary, add seasoning.
