Put coconut milk, milk and water in a saucepan. Add the oatmeal and sweetener as needed. Since coconut milk is very sweet, you only need two dashes of sweetener. Bring to the boil and simmer on a low flame for 5 - 10 minutes until the desired consistency is achieved.
Stir well and frequently all the time so that nothing burns.
Chop or grate the chocolate, mix with the coconut flakes and pour over the finished oatmeal.
