Cut the apricots into small cubes. Knead a dough from flour, baking powder, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, quark, salt and 125 g butter, knead in the apricots and almonds. I always do this with the food processor.
Divide the piece into 6 equal pieces, roll out each piece into a rectangle measuring 12 x 15 cm. Place 2 bounties lengthwise next to each other on the rectangle. Fold the dough over from the long side and press the edges together well. The stollen are placed on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and baked at 175 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
The amount becomes 6 small stollen, the portion for about 3 people.
