Remove the stalk from the cabbage and cut into small pieces. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and add the cabbage. Fry at the highest temperature while stirring.
Chop the onions and fry them together with the minced meat at the highest temperature while stirring. When the cabbage and minced meat are nice and brown, add the minced meat to the cabbage and add the spices. Pour in the broth and simmer briefly. Season again to taste. Stir in sauce thickener to thicken.
