Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into approx. 1 cm cubes. Finely chop or cut the onion and garlic. Remove the stalk from the savoy cabbage, quarter and cut into strips approx. 1 cm wide.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan or large saucepan. Fry the chicken cubes when they start to take on color, add the onions. When the onions are translucent, add the garlic and savoy cabbage. Fry everything for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, add the spices and put a lid on the pan. Let simmer over low heat for approx. 15-20 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, roughly chop the peanuts. Stir the cream cheese into the pan. Finally add the peanuts and season to taste.
  4. If you don`t eat low carb, you can serve potatoes or rice with it.
