Instructions
Fry the sausage together with the onion in oil. Remove from the fire, stir in the paprika and immediately fill up with meat stock. Add the cleaned and cut savoy cabbage and season with salt and pepper. Braise for 20 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with parsley.
