Instructions

  1. Steam the onions in the margarine until translucent. Dice the tomatoes and add them and stew until there is no more liquid. Beat the eggs and pour over the tomatoes. Only now salt and pepper, stir everything and let it set.
  2. White bread or baguette goes best with it.
