Instructions

  1. Soak the long grain rice in 500 ml boiling salted water.
  2. Peel the onions and garlic. Finely dice the onions. Press the garlic through a press. Clean, quarter and wash the white cabbage. Then remove the stalk and cut the cabbage into small pieces.
  3. Heat the clarified butter in a large pan. Fry the onions and garlic in it until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Add white cabbage and fry briefly while turning. With salt. Season the pepper and nutmeg. Pour 400 ml of water and bring to the boil, then stir in the vegetable stock. Cut the cream cheese into small pieces and dissolve in it. Let everything simmer for about 5 minutes and season to taste again.
  4. Now drain and drain the long grain rice. Possibly fill the rice in small greased molds, press down and turn out onto plates. Serve with the minced vegetables. Serve garnished with parsley.
