Peel and slice the potatoes. Cut the leek into rings and the peppers into strips.
Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces and fry them in a pan in clarified butter until crispy and brown, then remove them from the pan. Fry the potatoes in the sausage fat until golden, then add the leek and finally the paprika strips, they should stay crisp. Season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds. Just before serving, add the bratwurst pieces.
There is also a bowl of crispy lettuce.
Tips: If you want, you can enjoy the sausage pan with a dollop of whipped cream. I also liked it very much.
I can also imagine other types of vegetables. My recipe was made from the ingredients in the vegetable drawer!
