Cut the grilled sausages into small slices and fry them in the butter over medium heat. Add the diced paprika, sauté briefly. Then take both out of the pan. Add the sliced leek to the pan and sauté over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile mix the cream, mustard and tomato paste (this can be stretched with a little broth) and pour over the leek. Add the bratwurst pieces and paprika. Season to taste with salt, pepper, ginger and chilli.
Let it steep for about 10 minutes. Just before serving, add chopped oregano.
I recommend fresh baguette or mashed potatoes (either pure or refined with roasted onions or fresh chives).
