Instructions

  1. Slice the sausages and dice the zucchini, onion, and bell pepper.
  2. Heat a deep pan or roasting pan over medium-high heat. Sear the onions and sliced sausages for 3 minutes until lightly browned.
  3. Add the bell pepper and zucchini, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour in the meat broth and cover with a lid. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste with salt, pepper, chives, marjoram, and thyme.
