Instructions

  1. Cut the sausages into slices. Dice the pickles and cheese, cut the peppers and radishes into fine strips. Also cut the red onions and spring onions into small pieces and put everything together in a bowl.
  2. Chop the chives and mix with the vinegar, oil, water, honey, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika to make a dressing. Season to taste and pour over the salad.
  3. The salad can be eaten straight away, but it also tastes particularly good if it soaks in the fridge overnight.
  4. The ingredients can be varied or expanded as desired to use leftovers, everything fits that also fits into an ordinary sausage salad. The amount of sausages depends on what you have left from the grill, the ingredients are for about 4 - 6 normal size sausages. The salad tastes good with red and white sausages or both mixed.
