Boil water, salt, caraway seeds, marjoram, halved garlic cloves and whole sausages for approx. 30 minutes. Take out the sausages and cut into slices.
Add raw, peeled potatoes - cook for approx. 15 minutes (until soft). Whisk the sour cream with flour and a dash of water and vinegar, stir into the soup and bring to the boil. Sliced sausages with it - done!
Tip:
Let it stand overnight so that the soup can really set itself - tastes even better! Black bread also goes perfectly with it!
