Separate the eggs. Liquefy the margarine, not butter. Grate the parmesan if necessary. Mix the egg yolks, margarine, grated parmesan, desiccated coconut and sweet condensed milk.
In Brazil there are paper cases (bottom dia approx. 4.5 cm) that fill them up to about halfway. Normal muffin cases can also be used.
Bake at 175 ° C for about 20 minutes until golden. Very important: let it rest for at least one day, even better two days before consumption.
