Ingredients

• 150 g chilli pepper (s), e.. bird`s eye chillies, can also be mixed varieties, stems removed
• 10 g salt
• 3 g suar
• 25 g arlic
• 50 ml lime juice
• 10 ml olive oil

Instructions

1. Roughly chop the chillies and garlic. Then work all the ingredients into a paste with the magic wand. Fill into sterilized jars and store in a cool place (in my refrigerator).
2. Shake well before serving. The sharpness becomes even more intense over time.
