Instructions

  1. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, butter and half of the milk until creamy. Then add the rest of the milk and flour and baking powder and keep stirring until a fine mixture is formed.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and stir in carefully.
  3. Grease the drip pan and pour in the batter.
  4. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Bake the cake for around 40 minutes. Let it get cold. To cut in pieces.
  5. Mix the sweetened condensed milk and milk together and pour over the cake with a spoon. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut. Cover well with aluminum foil and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. Serve cold. (Possibly with fruit as dessert).
