Instructions

  1. Grease a medium baking dish and line the base with the previously debarked white bread. Put the minced meat in a bowl. Add egg, mustard, salt, pepper and mix well. Chop the pickled tomatoes, the onions and possibly the garlic and fold them into the minced meat with the tomato oil. Season to taste with paprika powder and cayenne pepper.
  2. Now cut the mozzarella into slices. Put the minced meat on top of the bread and cover with a layer of mozzarella, then cover with another layer of bread and spread the rest of the mozzarella on top.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the casserole for about 45 minutes.
