Instructions

  1. Cut the baguette into slices and coat each slice well with herb butter. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Layer the baguette, smoked pork and cheese slices alternately in a greased baking dish. Whisk the milk and eggs, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, add the parsley and pour into the mold. Bake for 25 minutes.
