Cut bread dumplings into cubes. Cut the spring onions into slices and the radishes into sticks. Mix everything, salt and pepper. Cut the chives into rolls.
Stir the vinegar and mustard until smooth, slowly fold in the oil. Stir in the chives. Drizzle the marinade over the salad. Cut the sausages into slices and fry them in a little oil until crispy. Fold into the salad and serve immediately.
