Sauté the onions and bacon and let them cool. Cut the rolls into cubes and pour the hot milk over them. Mix the eggs and spices well, pour over the bread roll mixture and mix in. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
Then add the cold onion mixture and the parsley. Rinse cups or small casserole dishes with cold water (do not rub out), form dumplings with wet hands (not too large) and put one dumpling in each cup. Cook in the microwave at 600 watts for about 4 minutes.
Please check whether the dumpling mixture is cooked through inside (should be dry), otherwise put it briefly in the microwave again.
