Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan. Sweat the bacon and onions in it, add the parsley and mix everything with the diced bread rolls in a bowl.
  2. Separate eggs. Beat the egg yolks and milk, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over the bread roll mixture.
