Crumble the yeast cubes and dissolve in the lukewarm water with the sugar, olive oil and salt in the mixing bowl of the kitchen appliance, if available.
Add the flour and knead everything for a good 10 minutes with the food processor until a dough is formed that loosens smoothly from the edge of the bowl, add water or flour if necessary.
For the look and the taste, grains (e.g. millet, blue poppy seeds, sesame, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds or raisins) can be added to the rolls (soak them in water beforehand for better hold).
You can also put cheese on top or bake bacon and salami / ham cubes or raisins, depending on your taste.
Shape small balls into rolls, press flat onto the baking sheet lined with baking paper. Score the surface diagonally with a sharp knife and let rise under a towel for 10-15 minutes.
Then bake in the oven at 200-180 ° C for approx. 15-20 minutes until brown.
Tips:
For a later baking it is better to leave it lighter.
Put water on a second baking sheet (unless your oven can handle bursts of steam), this will make the bread crust crispier.
