Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with paprika and pepper. Peel the garlic. Fry the steaks with the whole cloves of garlic in olive oil for 3 - 5 minutes on each side. Take the steaks out of the pan, season with salt, wrap in aluminum foil and set aside.
  2. Dice the bread and toast it in the garlic pan to make croutons, adding oil if necessary.
  3. Wash and dice the tomatoes and cucumber, cut the spring onions into rings.
  4. Remove the steaks from the foil and collect the meat juice. Cut the steaks into thin slices and mix with the salad. Make a salad dressing from the meat juice, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper - sugar and water to taste - and pour over the salad.
  5. Serve with the croutons.
