Instructions

  1. Fry the mixed bread in hot oil until light brown, add the chopped soup vegetables and sweat a little while stirring constantly, add the water or stock and cook for about 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, fry the onion with the two diced slices of bread until crispy brown and set aside to garnish.
  3. At the end of the cooking time, add the chopped ham, the cream and the spices and mix the whole thing up with the hand blender. Serve with the toasted bread cubes and onions.
