Instructions

  1. Boil the tea and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Knead all ingredients, including the slightly cooled tea, to a homogeneous mass.
  3. Let the dough rise for 2 hours.
  4. Then knead the dough again and pour into 2 bread molds.
