- Break the eggs into the bowl of the bread machine. Pour in kefir.
- Add margarine. Add salt and sugar. Add crumbled yeast. Add sifted wheat flour.
- Sift the rye flour, pour into the bowl of the bread machine. Turn on the multicooker mode “Special”, “Dark crust”.
- Soak the prunes and then chop. Add prunes to the dough. Close the bread maker, continue cooking.
- The bread with prunes is ready.
